This site is for residents of Bridgewood 3 & 4 subdivision to keep them informed and updated with the latest news and information about the Sub and Homeowners Association.

The Subdivision and Homeowners Association (HOA) were established in 1974, you can find the original ByLaws and Subdivision Surveys in the Documents section.

Check out the Subdivision Information and Rules in the Documents section.

The HOAs primary purpose is to ensure residents are abiding by subdivision requirements to keep their homes and properties presentable, safe and appealing for current and future residents.  The HOA is responsible for collecting annual dues to fund the upkeep of the subdivision entrance (boulevard and 17 Mile berms) and snow removal.  You can learn more about dues in the HOA Dues FAQ in the Documents section.

The HOA is operated by a board of 4 elected officers (President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer).  The positions are voluntary and no compensation is provided.  You can learn more about the HOA Board and the Current Officers in the HOA Board section.

The board is supported by several subdivision area block captains that assist with actions dealing with direct contact for the homes. You can read about the Block Captains responsibilities and the subdivision areas in the Block Captains section.

If you find a homeowner / resident that is in violation of the rules from our ByLaws you can fill out a ByLaw Violation Form which will be emailed to the President / Vice President so they can contact the homeowner.
