Block Captains

Block Captains are resident volunteers that assist with actions dealing with direct contact for the residents and homes associated with each of the 12 areas of the Bridgewood Subdivision.  Captains are allocated around 20 homes to collect HOA dues, pass out communications and place American Flags for select holidays. They commit to a 1 year commitment (fiscal year cycle) and are renewed automatically unless one chooses to step down.

Block Captains also greet new residents in their areas and provide another source to answer questions about the subdivision.  All Block Captains (and Officers) have a Bridgewood HOA Badge like the one shown below:
