HOA ByLaws

Township Ordinances and HOA ByLaws

We hope that each Homeowner and Resident takes pride in caring for their home and the property associated with it.  If you have a neighbor that you feel is not maintaining their home or property, first read the ByLaws (below) and Clinton Township Ordinances to inform yourself of the rules and requirements.

If you feel a resident is violating a ByLaw or Ordinance you can (but don't have to) reach out to them personally in a calm and respectful manner to bring it to their attention. You can also fill out a ByLaw Violation Form which will be emailed to the President / Vice President so they can contact the homeowner.  Do NOT fill out the form for Township Ordinance violations, contact the Township yourself!

A copy of the Township Ordinance Enforcement Brochure is viewable below. You can also submit a complaint via the Township Ordinances site:  https://clintontownship.com/176/Complaints-Ordinances

It is NOT the responsibility of the HOA Board Officers NOR the Block Captains to enforce Township Ordinances.

The HOA Board CAN and WILL enforce subdivision ByLaws.
