Pay Dues Online FAQ

Online Dues payments are now possible using Zelle!

We are pleased to offer our Homeowners the capability to now pay their annual HOA dues electronically.  We selected Zelle as it is integrated with over 1,000 banking systems across the country, is free to both the sender and the receiver of the money and has been a trusted platform for many years.

Zelle is an electronic money transfer system used to send people and businesses money.  You can read about Zelle by visiting their WEBSITE.

Many banks offer Zelle as part of their online/mobile banking systems (PNC, Comerica, Flagstar, Chase, MI First Credit Union, MI Education Credit Union + hundreds more! - You can search to see if your bank offers it HERE).

If your bank does not offer it you can still download the Zelle app for Android / Apple and use it to pay your Dues.

The steps to use Zelle to pay for your Annual Dues are:

Whether you are using your banks online banking website or the mobile app, you will need to find out how to initiate a transfer using Zelle.

In PNC's Mobile app it is listed as a separate option in the menu as shown below.

You may have to register either your phone number or email if you have not set that up before.  This step will include sending a verification code and registering it.

Once registered, click on Send icon.

Click in the recipients section and type Bridgewood34hoa@gmail.com or click on the Scan QR Code section and use your camera to scan the QR Code above.

You will see an information block indicating you are about to initiate a payment to Bridgewood 3 & 4 Homeowners

Enter the Dues amount: $60.00

Before clicking Send, Enter your Street Address and Last Name so we can mark your Dues payment in our system.

Review the Recipient and Amount information, then Submit Payment
